Overview

The overview screen gives the user information about when the freezing time has started, when it was done and how many hours and minutes have elapsed.

Block freezer

From the wireless tablet, the user gets an overview of all the freezers and chambers. Full and half HG as well as full and half large HG are available and the weights are automatically adjusted to the block size.

In mLabel you can set up the order in which the reminder robot picks. The blocks are marked with the correct type and weight and when they arrive at automatic application or manual marking station after the packaging has arrived.

1
Overview of chambers
The freezers show the chambers the same as the layout on board so that the operator can easily specify the correct type. Selected chamber is displayed with a green frame. When emptying is in progress, it is shown which blocks have been marked and how far the sequence has come. You also have the opportunity to skip blocks if something unexpected should happen.

Automatic marking

Through integration with the factory and reminder robots, the process can be automated. When the blocks have been moved and packed, the label is put on automatically. The crew can thus spend time on other tasks.

If you have reminder robots and a packing machine or similar on board, the whole process can be automated, the labels come on in the right order.

Stowage plan and stowage of catch

Vessels fishing in the North-West Atlantic (NAFO area) are obliged to keep a stowage plan that shows the location of different species in the hold with numbers and kilos.

With the "Inventory" module, mLabel has digitized and simplified this process. The type, block size and number of pallets are entered when the cargo space is filled. mLabel keeps track of number, weight and location.

Steering plan and turn number
The data is linked to the turn number. When a new trip is started in mLabel, you also start with blank sheets for the stowage plan. With it, you can also go back in time by choosing trips that have been previously registered, or distinguish between two different trips if you did not have the opportunity to unload between shifts.
Generate PDF or print reports
Save the PDF locally, or print to the office printer. For more powerful reporting tools, we recommend our cloud solution.

Reporting

mLabel logs what is filled in the freezers, printed on manual drives and product that has passed the applicator. For accurate reporting, there is support for reading barcodes on the product before going to the cold store.

Create reports sorted by trip or date and time
Make selections based on trip number, date and time and which steps in the process are to be included.
